When I decided to furnish the property to increase rental return, I didn’t lift a finger. I didn’t even have to make any choices! We discussed the kind of tenant I was aiming for, and the kind of quality these people would expect, and you did everything, including sourcing it, buying it, installing it. How easy was that!

 

When my brand new tenants accidently got locked into the apartment one night because of a fault with the locks, you had your people down there, sorting it out, at 9pm on a Friday night. No getting into cars and driving all the way to Bristol to manage it myself. Nothing like that! You just kept me posted and sorted it. How easy was that!

 

What’s more, you helped me buy the property and took a great deal of trouble to advise me on suitable properties, visiting them with me, giving me rental appraisals and advise as we went. Brilliant.
