  • All claims for particular gifts are subject to availability. Where an item is not available an alternative may be selected.
  • A claim form will need to be filled in and returned to us within 28 days of your move in date. The claim form is available from our office by request.
  • All gifts, cash back and items will be provided within 30 days of you completing and returning the claim form, but not before 30 days of your move in date.
  • The items will either be delivered to your new home or made available for collection from our Horfield office.
  • If you breach the terms of your tenancy agreement, and such a breach is not remedied within 60 days, you will need to return the full cash value of the item/s you received. The cash value of the items you received will be the price paid for the items by Letwithease or the landlord.
  • Your statutory rights are unaffected.
