Of course we’ll always be there to offer you guidance should you need it once the tenancy commences and to step in and take over full management of the property should it all get too much.

Rental Protection Insurance: When selecting our Premium Let Only service, Rental Protection Insurance is available as an optional extra. With our Rental Protection Insurance policy you get paid no matter what. There's zero excess to pay in the event of a claim. We'll even issue notices, pay your court fees and take care of any associated bailiff fees should the worst come to the worst! If you're interested; when instructing us for the Premium Let Only service, just ask us and we'll offer you a no obligation quotation specific to the rent the policy will cover.

Preparation of an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement or Licence agreement depending on the situation. Our contracts are written by a fully qualified lawyer and we'll happily add or remove certain terms at your discretion. We'll manage the signing of the agreement with the Tenants

Transferring Council Tax into Tenant's names and obtaining meter readings and informing utility providers of the change of occupier

Creation of a standing order mandate containing your bank details given to the tenant at the inception of the tenancy
