- Advertising and marketing of your property on our web site and other popular property portals such as Rightmove.co.uk, using photographs and description supplied by yourself. Your property will keep getting advertised until its let!
- We will handle all phone calls and email enquiries regarding your property and forward all leads to yourself so you can arrange viewings, or we'll book viewings into prearranged time slots to suit your diary.
- Comprehensive referencing and credit checks on the prospective tenants you choose. This includes checking with their bank, employment, previous Landlords and criminal & other databases as well as the Experian, Equifax and MyCallCredit credit checking facilities.
- We will liaise with the prospective tenant(s) and obtain a Guarantor if required, and reference and credit check them too*
- Provision of an assured shorthold tenancy agreement template, you will receive this by post, email or fax. You will oversee the signing of it with your tenants.
- We'll prepare and supply you with an easy to use although very comprehensive 10 page Inventory, which you can complete with your new tenants.
- Advise and/or submission of the tenant's deposit as required by the legislation changes to the Housing Act, 2004.
