Feb 2010: Lettings Co-ordinator. Permanent Full time position. Typical salary of £15,500

Lettings co-ordinators are the backbone of the Letwithease.com team. You will have experience within a similar administrative role and an ability to provide the very highest levels of customer service. Previous experience within the lettings industry is not essential but would be a bonus. The successful candidate will be responsible for administration regarding all aspects of Lettings and Tenancy, including; Drawing up, negotiating and interpreting tenancy agreements, Making recommendations and taking action based on individual requirements, Negotiating settlements based on assessment of inventories and check in/out reports, Marketing properties via web portals, local press and mail campaigns.
