Lettings Negotiator
Lettings negotiators are the backbone of the Letwithease.com team. You will be expected to support the letting's manager, show initiative and complete administrative tasks. You are friendly, computer-literate, enthusiastic with excellent customer service skills. Previous experience of letting properties is not mandatory although you must be able to demonstrate through past achievements a level of competence within such an environment. A full driving licence is essential. Both full and part time positions available for the right candidates.
Maintenance Tradespeople - self employed basis
As we expand we are always looking for skilled tradespeople from a variety of fields. Whether you're an electrician, plumber, plasterer or carpenter. You will report to the maintenance manager for tasks although you will be unsurprised in your work, therefore a high level of responsibility and reliability is key. You must be able to provide referees of previous work. You must be registered self employed and be able to show us proof of your registration. Work is either piece work or day rate depending on the scale of the job. Your own transport is required as jobs can be anywhere throughout Bristol.
